Once accepted as degree student to Oulu UAS

1.)    The result of the student selection is available at: www.oamk.fi/english/ajankohtaista/?kieli=en&ak_osio=...

Oulu UAS has notified all applicants about the student selection. Notification has been sent by regular mail.

2.)    All selected students will receive their acceptance letter by email and by regular mail. Both have been sent on the same day. It usually takes 2 weeks for original letter to arrive.

3.)    Read the instructions through carefully. All necessary information is given in the acceptance letter.

4.)    The result of the entrance examination can be found from the sheet “Notification of decision on student admission”.

5.)    Fill in the confirmation/enrollment form and send it to the admissions office by the given date.

6.)    All required documents must be delivered by post to the admissions office by the given date. Emailed copies are not accepted. (Confirmation / Enrollment form AND the copies of the documents used in application. )

7.)    Apply for your student visa as soon as you receive your acceptance letter by email. More information is found in the sheet “Notice to Degree Students Spring 2012” or at www.migri.fi/frontpage

8.)    Apply for your housing. More information is available in the sheet “housing”

9.)    Inform the school of your arrival by the given date. The contact information is given in the sheet “Notification of admission for academic year 2012-2013”.
