Learning outcomes: |
The aim of the course is to develop the student¿s ability to use management accounting for decision making, planning and control. The Student understands the contents of financial statements and is able to make some basic conclusions about the welfare of a company. |

Analysing financial statements. The role of management accounting in decision making: cost concepts, CVP analysis, pricing, product and customer profitability, investment decisions. The role of management accounting in planning and control: traditional and rolling budgets. |
