Learning outcomes:

The students understand the basics of business administration and principles of management. The students are familiar with the concept of sustainable development. They become familiar with the Finnish legal system, their rights and duties as employees and employers.

Contents:

Organisation and management theories, planning, decision-making, organisational behaviour, motivation, communication, managerial styles and leadership, business ethics and the basics of Finnish occupational laws.

Exercises and exam.
