Before study abroad period

Students of Oulu UAS should apply for student or trainee exchange electronically through Asio student administration software. Asio is accessible also outside Oulu UAS's network by logging first in with students.oamk.fi -username and password.

You can access the application form through Asio student main menu by clicking on Student Exchange Application Form and Report. Please acquaint yourself with the instructions of the electronic application [.pdf] before filling it in.

Also the Learning Agreement will be filled in electronically through the electronic personal study plan (eHOPS). You can access the eHOPS by clicking Personal Study Plan in Asio student main menu.

After you have been accepted to student or trainee exchange you should also fill in the Notice of Study or Practical Training Period Abroad form and deliver it to your international co-ordinator. The form will be needed for payment of possible grant.

Before returning to Finland

Prior to returning to Finland, you should ask your host institution to fill in the following documents.

Erasmus Placements

• Erasmus Placement Agreement [.doc]

This form is a Placement and Erasmus Grant agreement containing four pages. The three first pages are a tripartite training agreement signed by the student, the sending higher education institution and the employer (inlc. the Erasmus Quality Commitment). The last fourth page is a financial agreement to be signed between the student and the Erasmus placement consortium. The complete agreement pack shall be returned to the international co-ordinator of your school who is also the contact person towards the Erasmus placement consortium.
