The Board of the Oulu University of Applied Sciences’ Alumni consists of 5 to 15 members chosen during the association’s annual meeting. The lifetime of the board is one calendar year. Primarily an attempt is made to find at least one representative from every field of study. If there are not enough interested members, it is possible to select more people from other fields. The board meeting selects a chairman and members of the board in an annual meeting in November or December. In addition to regular members the board consists of one representative from the Oulu University of Applied Sciences and one representative from the Student Union OSAKO. These representatives have the right to speak at and attend board meetings.
