The objectives of the three-year (8/2010–7/2013) project are

1. Technological development of low-energy solutions in housing
2. Transfer of knowledge about energy solutions to the construction industry and the society
3. Measurement techniques to decrease energy consumption
4. Measuring the energy consumption in existing buildings through the energy signature
5. Contributing in equalising standards and technical solutions for energy efficiency, thus leading to better prerequisites for international trade.
