PrinLab laboratory aims at diversifying the printed electronics development environment and supporting the BioPrint project. The purpose of the laboratory is to introduce and develop different printing techniques.
PrinLab enables closer co-operation between universities and research facilities in the printed electronics field. Prinlab is part of the PrintoCent pilot factory concept.
Oulu University of Applied Sciences focuses on printed electronics applications made in co-operation with small and medium-sized companies. Currently, these companies have only limited chances to test different applications on research facilities. This laboratory lowers the companies’ threshold of participating in the development and testing of printed electronics applications.
