Customers will receive an overdue notice by e-mail the day after the due date. If the loan is not returned another notice will be sent 8 days after the due date.

Borrowing rights will be lost if a loan is at least 14 days overdue, reference library material 7 days overdue, or if the customer´s overdue charges have amounted to 10 euros or more. When the loans are 14 days overdue the charge will be 6 euros/loan.

A written notice will be sent when a loan is 15 days overdue. 7 days after that notice an invoice will be sent if the loan has not been returned before that.

Return or renew your loans on the due date at the latest and you will avoid overdue charges. Compensation of lost or damaged material will be carried out according to the list of charges Charges on overdue and unreturned or damaged items.
