Making reservations is free of charge. For availability notices sent by post there is a 1 € charge. Availability notices via e-mail are free of charge.

If an item is not available at your own library, but available at another Oulu UAS library, it can be ordered free of charge to your own library. The request can be made in Leevi, at the service desk or by sending e-mail to your own library or to the Oulu UAS library where the item is available. For e-mail addresses of the libraries see Library units page.

As soon as the requested material is available for pickup from the library the customer will receive a notice by e-mail. Books ordered from other Oulu UAS libraries can be returned to any of the Oulu UAS libraries.
