Request for Checking Personal Data

All the data the library has saved about the data subject in the customer register will be sent by e-mail to the data subject on request. The data includes e.g. personal data and contact information, statistical category, data recording time, possible notes and counter information.

NOTE! The fields marked with an star (*) are mandatory.

Loans, charges, and requests can be checked using the Leevi online catalogue of the library.
