Professional specialisation studies, mainly of 30-60 credits, are supplementary education programmes based on a polytechnic degree. The way the education is provided and amount of study fees depend on the education programme.

The selection criteria for the applicants emphasise their previous degrees, work experience and/or previous university studies. There are two application periods per year.
