CoPack
CoPack has been produced under the project "Enhancing Training on Collaborative Planning of Natural Resources and Environmental Management" (EnTraCoP). The project is financially supported by the European Comission's Leonardo da Vinci programme which aims at developing the quality of vocational education and training systems and practises in Europe.
The principal objective of CoPack is to enhance the development of vocational education and training in collaborative planning of natural resources and environmental management (NREM). The Main purpose of CoPack is to assist trainers of such planning by providing them with:
- General advice and guidelines for training on collaborative planning with a systematic framework.
- A set of practical support material which trainers can use in designing and implementing training in important skills and methods of collaborative planning.
The Structure of CoPack
In the Curricula section you will find suggestions of how to design vocational education curricula or professional training programmes on collaborative planning. The Introduction section will provide a general overview of the theoretical background of collaborative planning. The Preparation section will address the making of collaboration plan and the Methods section will present the most widely used methods in collaborative planning. It also entails a very thorough introduction to different methods for comparing alternatives covering both quantitative and qualitative methods. The Documentation section will discuss ways of documenting a collaborative planning process, and the last section, Evaluation, will address the issue of evaluating both individual methods as well as the whole collaborative process.

CoPack
CoPack ist unter dem Projekt "Förderung der Ausbildung in der kooperativen Planung im Ressourcen- und Umweltmanagement" (Enhancing the Training of Collaborative Planning in Natural Resource Management - EnTraCoP) entstanden. Das Projekt wird vom Leonardo da Vinci Programm der Europäischen Kommission finanziell unterstützt. Das Programm zielt darauf ab, die Qualität, die Systeme und Praktiken der Berufsausbildung in Europa weiterzuentwickeln.
Das Hauptziel von CoPack ist, die Förderung der Berufsausbildung und des Trainings der kooperativen Planung im Ressourcen- und Umweltmanagement. Hauptzweck von CoPack ist es, Trainern in diesem Bereich zu helfen, indem es ihnen folgende Mittel zur Verfügung stellt:
- Allgemeine Hinweise und Richtlinien für die Ausbildung in der kooperativen Planung. Hierzu wurde eine systematische Struktur entwickelt.
- Eine Reihe praktischer Unterstützungsmaterialien, welche von den Schulungsleitern bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Ausbildungseinheiten verwendet werden können.
Die Struktur von CoPack
Im Bereich der Lehrpläne werden Sie Vorschläge finden, wie man Berufsausbildungslehrpläne oder Berufsausbildungsprogramme in der kooperativen Planung entwerfen kann. In der Einführung wird eine allgemeine Übersicht über den theoretischen Hintergrund der kooperativen Planung zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Bereich Vorbereitung wird das Entwerfen eines Kollaborationsplans behandelt und es werden die gängigen Methoden der kooperativen Planung präsentiert. Es enthält auch eine sehr gründliche Einführung in verschiedene Methoden, um Alternativen zu vergleichen, die sowohl quantitative als auch qualitative Methoden abdecken. Unter Dokumentation wird die Art und Weise behandelt, einen kooperativen Planungsprozess zu dokumentieren. Der letzte Bereich Evaluierung/Bewertung beleuchtet das Problem des Auswertens beider individuellen Methoden sowie des ganzen interdisziplinären Prozesses. Hierbei geht es um Qualitätssicherung.

CoPack
CoPack is ontwikkeld in het kader van het project "Enhancing Training on Collaborative Planning of Natural Resources and Environmental Management" (EnTraCoP). Dit project wordt financieel ondersteund door het Leonardo Da Vinci-programma van de Europese Commissie en richt zich op kwaliteitsverbetering van het beroepsonderwijs in Europa.
CoPacks voornaamste doel is de ontwikkeling van beroepsonderwijs voor collaborative planning (CP) in beheer van de groene en blauwe sectoren (Bos en natuurgebieden, waterobjecten, recreatieobjecten, landelijk gebied). Daartoe biedt CoPack opleiders in collaborative planning:
- Algemeen advies en richtlijnen voor opleiding in collaborative planning met een systematisch raamwerk
- Praktische hulpmiddelen die opleiders kunnen gebruiken bij het ontwerpen en implementeren van belangrijke vaardigheden en methoden van collaborative planning
De structuur van CoPack
In de sectie Curricula vindt u suggesties voor het ontwikkelen van curricula voor collaborative planning in het beroepsonderwijs of vervolgopleidingen en voor het beoordelen of bestaande curricula in aanmerking komen voor verbetering. De sectie Introductie geeft een overzicht van de theoretische achtergrond van collaborative planning. De sectie Voorbereiding betreft het maken van een samenwerkingsplan. De sectie Methoden behandelt veel gebruikte methoden voor collaborative planning, waaronder methoden voor publieksparticipatie als opinieonderzoek en openbare bijeenkomsten en methoden voor informatiewinning als GIS. Het bevat ook een grondige introductie van verschillende methoden voor het vergelijken van alternatieven, zowel kwalitatief als kwantitatief. In de sectie Documentatie vindt u methoden van documentatie van een collaborative-planningsproces. De sectie Evaluatie tenslotte behandelt de evaluatie van zowel de afzonderlijke methoden als het hele samenwerkingsproces, ter verbetering van toekomstige samenwerkingsprocessen.
Nederlandse vertaling en gebruikte terminologie
Van de CoPack website zijn de eerste twee niveaus in het Nederlands vertaald, om de drempel voor het gebruik iets te verlagen. Zo kunt u zich snel een beeld vormen van de daarna nog Engelstalige detail informatie. Er is besloten om het begrip Collaborative planning (CP) in de Nederlandse teksten niet te vertalen. In het Nederlands zou je de omschrijving "planning van het samenwerkingsproces" of zelfs "interactieve planvorming" kunnen gebruiken. Hoewel dit laatste meestal voorbehouden is aan echte "ruimtelijke planvormings processen" is deze term ook voor de moderne taken van een beheerder of inrichter van bos en natuurgebieden of waterobjecten relevant.
CoPack
CoPack byl vytvoren v rámci projektu "Enhancing Training on Collaborative Planning of Natural Resources and Environmental Management" (EnTraCoP). Tento projekt je financne podporován programem Evropské komise Leonardo da Vinci, která se zameruje na rozvoj kvality odborného vzdelávání a vzdelávacího systému v Evrope.
Hlavním cílem CoPacku je zlepšit rozvoj odborného vzdelávání a výuky v participativním plánování prírodních zdroju a environmentálním managementu (NREM). Hlavním zámerem CoPacku je pomáhat školitelum a lektorum takového plánování poskytnutím:
- Celkového poradenství a systematicky zpracovaných doporucení pro výuku participatrivního plánování.
- Soustavy praktického podpurného materiálu, který mohou školitelé pou˛ít v navrhování a zavádení tréninku dule˛itých metod a dovedností v participativním plánování.
Opetuspaketti (CoPack)
Tämä opetuspaketti on tuotettu koulutuksen tarpeisiin parantamaan luonnonvara- ja ympäristöalan (LVY) suunnittelijoiden valmiuksia soveltaa käytännössä ns. yhteistoiminnallista suunnitteluotetta. Opetuspaketti on tulos projektista Enhancing the Teaching of Collaborative Planning in Natural Resource Management (EnTraCoP). Projektia on rahoitettu Euroopan Komission Leonardo da Vinci -ohjelmasta, jonka tavoitteena on kehittää ammatillisen koulutuksen laatua sekä koulutusjärjestelmiä ja –käytäntöjä Euroopassa.
Opetuspaketin päätarkoitus on tukea yhteistoiminnallisen suunnittelun kouluttajia tarjoamalla heille:
- järjestelmälliset puitteet sekä yleisluonteiset ohjeet ja suuntaviivat koulutuksen suunnitteluun
- joukon käytännönläheistä tukimateriaalia, jota voidaan hyödyntää harjoiteltaessa yhteistoiminnallisessa suunnittelussa tarvittavia taitoja ja menetelmiä
Opetuspaketin rakenne
Opintosuunnitelma-osuudessa on ehdotuksia yhteistoiminnallisen suunnittelun sisällyttämisestä ammatillisen koulutuksen opintosuunnitelmaan tai ammatillisiin koulutusohjelmiin. Ehdotuksia voi hyödyntää myös pohdittaessa jo olemassa olevaan opintosuunnitelmaan mahdollisia parannuksia. Johdanto tarjoaa yleiskatsauksen yhteistoiminnallisen suunnittelun teoreettiseen taustaan. Valmistelu-osuudessa keskitytään yhteistoimintasuunnitelman laatimiseen ja Menetelmät-osuudessa esitellään yleisimmin käytetyt yhteistoiminnallisen suunnittelun menetelmät, mukaan lukien yleisön osallistamismenetelmät kuten esimerkiksi survey-tutkimukset ja yleisötilaisuuden järjestämisen sekä tiedonkeruumenetelmät, esimerkiksi paikkatietojärjestelmät (GIS). Osuus sisältää myös johdannon sekä kvantitatiivisiin että kvalitatiivisiin menetelmiin, joiden avulla voidaan vertailla vaihtoehtoja. Dokumentointi-osuudessa tarkastellaan tapoja dokumentoida yhteistoiminnallista suunnitteluprosessia ja lopuksi tarkastellaan evaluointia niin yksittäisenä kuin koko prosessiakin koskevana menetelmänä. Evaluointia lähestytään näkökulmasta kuinka yhteistoiminnallista prosessia voidaan tulevaisuudessa kehittää sen avulla.
