Objectives | The student is expected to: -be able to participate in pair work discussion of familiar everyday topics. -have demonstrated understanding of others´ contributions in small group conversations. -be able to discuss clear viewpoints on topics related to their professional field. |
Content | Social skills, small talk skills, the basics of intercultural communication skills and pronunciation will be practiced. This course aims to facilitate the development of oral fluency. The lessons offer speaking practice in pairs and small groups, and helping you gain confidence in your English speaking and listening skills. The study unit develops the student´s English language skills needed for effective communication on different topics. |
