Prerequisites | Previous studies shall be completed. |
Objectives | The student is capable of defining, planning and implementing a development project. S/he is able to run a project as a project manager but also to work as a project member. S/he understands the importance of communication with the project stakeholders and is able to carry out it in an appropriate manner. The student knows how to evaluate and develop professional and supervisory communicative skills. S/he is able to participate and lead a meeting. S/he knows how to prepare for negotiations and apply negotiation skills in various situations. |

satisfactory (1-2) The student participates in all classes or, alternatively, completes weekly assignments. Manages the different stages of defining, planning, and executing a development project. Participates in the preparation of the project plan alone or together with the group. The student will serve as part of the group during the project training. good (3-4) The student is active with different stakeholders and draws on his/her experience in project management positions and as a project team member. Is active in applying for and setting up an internship. Takes independent responsibility for creating and working on a project plan. excellent (5) The student manages meeting practices very well with different stakeholders and utilizes active communication in change management which are agreed together with all stakeholders. The student is able to independently search for information on the latest methods and innovations for the development project. The student takes overall responsibility for the overall process and leads his or her own professional development and that of others, acts goal-orientedly and developing working life, develops community safety and applies the principles of professional ethics. The students write final report with good English. |
