Objectives	Student can expain the parts of the organizational behavior and is able to analyze the behavior of employees and activity of group and team. In addition, student develops self-knowledge, can name actual questions in work place and gets practice in solving different situations in work place. Students knows the elements of organizational culture and questions of power in organizations.
Content	Work motivation, personality, activity of group and team, welfare at work and current questions.
