Description


K1321LI Housing Trade, Real Estate Business and Usufructs (3 cr)
Prerequisites Introduction to Business Law.
Objectives Students can define the basic concepts of real estate business. They can apply regulations of the real estate law in the trade of new and used real estates in and define responsibilities of the seller and buyer. Students can also define the central concepts of real property law. They can apply the central statutes concerning real estate business in the land law code, its registration of title to a property, registration of special right, its trade and pledging. In addition, students can compare provisions on renting apartments and business premises and can introduce the right and responsibilities of the lessor and lessee.
Content General provisions on real estate business and the responsibilities of seller and buyer in different circumstances, concept of real estate, real estate information system, the most common land surveying procedures, real estate titles, special right, easements, real estate as a security, rent on land, rights and responsibilities of the lessor and lessee.
