Objectives	The student can explain the central concepts and principles of the criminal law after having performed the study module. Furthermore, the student can explain the points as a precondition for the materialising of the penal responsibility and can name the species of different crimes. The student also can demonstrate the contents of the penal consequence system from his main features. The student uses professional concepts consequentially.
