Prerequisites No prerequisites.
Objectives Student can use the central concepts of strategic management, knows the phases of strategy process and understands the relationship between the strategy and personnel. Student can evaluate the meaning of strategic human resource management for an organisation and understands the entity of human resource management. Student can implement personnel processes and evaluate a human resource strategy.
Content Concepts of strategic management and strategy process. Strategic human resource management, personnel processes. The role of human resources, HR-strategy.
