Objectives 1. The student understands basic concepts and theories of collaborative development.
2. The student understands various levels of influence and participation within collaborative development.
3. The student understands the connection between agency, participation and decision-making.
4. The student applies collaborative methods supporting decision-making to planning and development projects of working life.
Content Theoretical basis of collaborative development. Planning, implementing and evaluating collaborative process. Methods enhancing participation and agency.

4.1. The student uses two different decision-supportive methods to a development project of one's own field and assesses their significance.
