CONTACT PERSONS: INTERNATIONAL CO-ORDINATORS If there are any concerns regarding the studies, exchange period, travel to Finland or stay in Oulu, Oulainen or Raahe, the relevant person at Oulu Polytechnic can be contacted without hesitation. A student has to inform that person beforehand of his or her exact time of arrival so that he or she can be met at the railway or bus station or airport and taken to his or her living quarters.
