Study possibilities in the School of Engineering

The School of Engineering offers both Bachelor and Master level studies.

There are six different degree programmes leading to a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) and three different degree programmes leading to a Master of Engineering (MEng). There is also an opportunity to obtain a Bachelor of Laboratory Services or Bachelor of Construction Management.

In addition to the degree studies, the educational supply includes also professional specialisation studies, open university studies and short-term supplementary training.

The language of teaching in the basic degree programmes is Finnish. However, some of the degree courses that are mainly taught in Finnish can also be delivered in English.

On a postgraduate level, the Degree Programme in Industrial Management and the Degree Programme in Information Technology are taught entirely in English. Additionally, there are professional specialisation studies offered in English every year, which are open also for the undergraduate partner institution applicants.
