During practical training theory turns into practice: focusing on key work tasks, work community activities and developing them benefits all parties concerned. After practical training, you may continue the development of the activities with the student in the form of thesis work. This means you will ensure the continuation of the work and your company's competitive edge with regard to expert staff.
From words to action
We will draw up a plan for the practical training and its content together with your company and sign a written agreement. Depending on the degree programme, the extent of the practical training is 30 to 120 ECTS credits. One ECTS credit is equivalent to 27 hours of work input. Depending on the degree programme, the internship may be carried out all at once or split into parts.
It is important for the development of both the student and the activities of your company that the practical training period includes development work. For students, the practical training is an opportunity to apply their knowledge and use their expertise. For your company, it is an opportunity to get new ideas and perspectives on your activities and development.
