Campuses closed until 13 May – Please fetch your belongings and return keys (updated 3.4. 11.33)

Dear students of Kotkantie and Teuvo Pakkalan Katu Campuses,

According to the current information, our campuses will be closed until 13 May in line of the new guidelines from the Finnish Government. Students have still their own equipment and other belongings on campuses that must be fetched away. One must agree in advance with the janitors of the campuses on picking up their belongings.

All students graduating this spring are kindly asked to return the keys and access control batches of campuses.

Outside of the main entrance of Kotkantie campus and outside of the entrance door B of Teuvo Pakkalan Katu Campus there are post boxes where the keys and access control passes can be returned. The keys and access control batches should be sealed in an envelope with student’s name. This way we will know who have returned the keys.

If you are not in Oulu anymore, you can post the key and access control batch to to your own campus.

Some of you have also keys to the lockers on campuses

  • Lockers on Teuvo Pakkalan Katu Campus must be emptied by 30 April by which also the keys have to be returned. If the lockers have not been emptied by then, the janitors will empty them and dispose of the belongings on 8 May. Janitors: tel. +358 40 141 5512
  • Lockers on Kotkantie Campus must be emptied by 15 May. If the lockers have not been emptied by then, the janitors will empty them and dispose of the belongings on 30 May. Janitors: tel. +358 40 141 5510

Students who will continue their studies in autumn can return the keys already now, but a separate key and access control batch return will be arranged for them in autumn. Please notice that the keys to the lockers on campuses must be returned by the date mentioned above.
