Equity in early detection of breast cancer education via e-learning, come and learn! 

Welcome to learn how e-learning can be used in educating health care professionals to work interprofessionally in early detection of breast cancer in Tartu Health Care College, Estonia, during 14th to 18th May 2018.

This intensive course is for/is targeted to persons interested in and being involved in teaching topics related to early detection of breast cancer – e.g. health care teachers, professionals, clinical supervisors, members of professional societies.

The aim of this intensive course is to introduce the participants

  • e-learning course that is being produced for education and training in early detection of   breast cancer within the EBreast project
  • e-learning pedagogical principles and assessing e-learning
  • principles of interprofessional teaching and learning
  • implementation of e-learning programmes

You may participate in this five-day course either on site in Tartu Health Care College facilities or online, and either for five days or for shorter periods of time.

The participation in the intensive course is free of charge. In case you prefer on-site training, you are responsible for paying for your travel, accommodation and meals.

What you need to participate in the intensive course is a personal computer (also those arriving on site). Those taking part online, need additionally a head set with the option for hearing the presentations and a microphone to speak, a web camera would be nice to be able to see your face but not mandatory.
