| Objectives | The student knows the characteristics and the leading principles of project work and the student is able to apply them to develop skills in her/his professional field. The student is able to work in projects. The student is able independently and applying his own musical and pedagogigal skills to put into practise a pedagogical project based on the plan which is created in the course Introduction to Project Working. |
| Content | Project structure and planning. Project management and project organization. Work Breakdown structure. Project planning tools and methods. Schedule and resources. Project communications and documentation. The application of projects in the student?s own professional field. A project put into practise according to the student's personal interests and skills. The project can be e.g. a teaching moment for a selected target group, producing a concert with a theme and preparing the performers for it, preparing a training pupil for an exam, developing an own pedagogical innovation, a chamber music teaching project.The content shall be accepted by the teacher in Substance Didactics. The student can put the project into practise alone or as a member of (diversified) group e.g. in Lab Studies. |
