Objectives	The students will be introduced to the special characteristics of construction industry in Finland as well as the development of Finnish construction culture and material use in house and infra structure building.
Content	Development of housing and construction in Finland. Finnish Circumstances, Basics of Building Physics (based on Finnish enviroment) Foundations, Structures, Prefabricated and Element buildings, Building Envelope Structures Wood Construction Buildig Physics Modelling Programms Water Supply and Sewerage in Finland Quality Management in Construction Concrete Construction Waters, Water Usage and Construction Geotecnics in Finland Road and Traffic Planning Working in Cold Building stock and it's needs of refurbishment in Finland.
