This course is intended for students who have completed 5 ECTS English language studies in Basic studies. Proficiency level B2.1
Objectives
The aim of this course is to provide the student with communication oriented language skills necessary to become more efficient at workplace. Specifically, the focus lies on speaking confidence and professional vocabulary management. The student will be able to apply work related professional vocabulary appropriately and use English in various social situations. Proficiency level B2.1
Content
The main emphasis of the course is on the topics of telephoning, emailing, project terminology, formal and informal meetings, business etiquette, business visits, smart talk, hosting and toasting and crisis management.
