The aim of the advanced professional studies is to provide the student with the possibility to deepen the implementation of the theory to the practice, with the analytic skills, with the skills to participate the management and research and development work and with the social skills. Management Competence
Show/hide description A student is capable of working as a manager, e.g. a project manager and a team leader. A student is able to analyze and develop her/his own and her/his team´s function as a manager. A student understands the importance of strategic management. (S)he is able to assess the strategy and the process of strategy. A student is able to implement the processes of human resource management and assess the significance of the human resource management for the organization. A student is able to use the knowledge from the assessment and research in management and decision making. Besides, (s)he understands the significance of knowledge management in the digital environment.

He is prepared to work as a leader of the research and development projects. The student can produce user orientated new information, services, applications, models or publications. The student is able to apply research information and to use suitable research and developing methods of the problems of the working life. The student is prepared on independent, interactive and demanding work as an expert.

Student can use essential tools of strategic management and model the most central customer processes. He/she can plan and develop company’s or community’s acquisition, customer relationships, sales and marketing. Student masters the main phases in entrepreneurial process and different forms of entrepreneurship.
