KJ00BW32 Marketing of a Growth Company in a Process of Internationalisation (5 cr)
Prerequisites No prerequisites needed.
Objectives Students are able to evaluate the global business environment from a marketing perspective, to analyze challenges of an internationalizing growth company and evaluate the importance of marketing and marketing communication competence. Students further develop their awareness of the communication challenges related to international business via theoretical and practical cases. Students know how to conduct strategy analysis of marketing, plan strategies for marketing channels in business network and develop SMEs' international marketing.
Content Prerequisites for growth company's internationalization. Selection of internationalization strategies, integrated marketing communication in international context. Preparing marketing strategy or a strategic plan for a certain area in marketing for an internationalizing company.
