| Objectives | The student will first create a development task and its intended learning outcomes and then plan the methods to obtain and display the competence defined by the learning outcomes. |
| Content | The student will enhance and deepen his/her professional pedagogy competence conforming with the learning outcomes of the teacher studies. For example, strengthening one’s competence can include pedagogical methods, such as drama or adventure pedagogy. It can also include enhancing one’s competences in safety, special pedagogy, values or some other field of professional pedagogy. It can be incorporate counselling competence or career counselling. |
