Objectives 1. You are familiar with the documents that regulate planning teaching and guiding.
2. You understand the principles, practices and forms of guidance in vocational education/higher education.
3. You understand the relevance of the learning process in the planning of pedagogically founded teaching and guidance.
4. You understand the meaning and goals of assessment in the learning process.
5. You understand the amendments, guidelines and practises that regulate and govern assessment in vocational and higher education.
Content According to the competence-based approach, the contents of a study unit will be build based on the competence goals. The implementation of the study unit depends on the student’s personal study plan (PSP).
Recommended optional programme components If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.

- You will use your experience, scientific literature and/or other reliable sources of information in your reflection.
- You reflect on your own view of learning using various learning theories.
- You consider how the learning process manifests in the learning and teaching of your own substance field.
- In your analysis, you use your experience, scientific literature and other reliable sources.
- You consider the role and goals of assessment and explore the meaning of assessment in learning
- In your analysis, you use your experience, scientific literature and other reliable sources.You examine the amendments, guidelines and practises in teacher’s work and in your own substance field.
