Prerequisites | Previous courses of Degree Programme in Information Technology or equivalent skills. |
Objectives | The student is able to apply earlier learned skills in an Android mobile application and service design, testing and development in an Agile software development project. The student can design a large mobile service in a group using Agile software development methods. The student is able to identify and develop new business opportunities and analyze the prerequisites for a profitable business in the mobile business. The student is able to create project documentation and web content in English and is able to communicate in a professional multicultural team. The student can apply mathematics in different programming tasks. |
Content | Advanced Android Programming (3 ECTS): Mobile service architectures, graphical user interface and network application development. Business Implementation (3 ECTS): Business and earning models, company and industry analyses. Project Work (6 ECTS): Implementing a mobile service using Agile methods and tools in mobile software and product development. Mathematics for Software Engineering (3 ECTS): Basics of probability and statistics. The statistical analysis, testing and conclusions. Distributions and estimation. |
