| Objectives |
This course introduces the basic methods in molecular biology and genetics. Students are practising basic DNA-techniques and cell-culture methods in the laboratory. |
| Content |
Basics of gene technology: DNA-isolation, subcloning of DNA to the plasmid vector, PCR, electrophoresis of DNA and cell culturing. Isolation of chromosomes. |
