| Objectives | The students identify the significance of an individual's behavior on an organization's success, work welfare and work atmosphere. The students can describe their own responsibility as a member of work community and can set goals and analyze their own actions in different duties during their work careers. The students can use groups and teams in multidisciplinary and cross-cultural work community. |
| Content | Management skills, employment options and models, employee and organizational citizenship skills, teamworking skills, managerial communication, work welfare, work safety. |
