Learning outcomes:

 

The student learns to communicate in Finnish business life. The student learns to cope with everyday business and social situations.

Contents:

 

Oral and written language in Finnish business culture: argumentation, basic business letters and messages, meetings, negotiations and memos.

Prerequisites:

 

Course K1130YY Finnish at Work or 3Y00BH19 Intermediate Finnish 2 or equivalent knowledge of Finnish.
