Learning outcomes:

 

Student understands different techniques of analyzing company operating environments and is able to apply them in different types of planning situations. In addition, student is able to apply various calculating methods to analyze operating environment opportunities from an economic point of view.

Contents:

 

Business idea, markets and competitive situation, different techniques used to analyze companies and business environments, profit margin calculations, usage and expenditure of money in a startup situation
