The purposes of processing the personal data Helpdesk service collects and sorts the support tickets so that the specialists can keep a track on the tickets assigned to them. The service makes it possible to communicate with the help seekers via email and resolve the tickets.

Personal data used in the service Email, name, username and the information given by the user seeking help.
Data sources Email system and the user. Also the specialist (e.g. IT worker) can fill out the information for the user if the user calls about the problem instead of sending email.
Data processors (roles that can access the data) The specialists can see only those helpdesk queues that they are responsible for.
Transfers of personal data to other services (both inside OUAS and to other services inside the EU) Information is not transferred outside.
